Become a Sponsor

APLI was founded in 2007 to provide a forum to:

      • Promote awareness of the importance of professional language interpreters in our multi-cultural society.
      • Support the professionalization of interpretation industry. APLI is currently doing this through our close cooperation with the Ontario Council on Community Interpreting.
      • Facilitate the access to qualified interpreters on APLI’s website.
      • Advocate for healthy working relationships between interpreters, agencies and clients.
      • Provide opportunities for continued competence of interpreters.
